About The Grind: Training in Action
You will not find air-conditioned comfort in our gym, but you will find a raw, 4500 sq ft warehouse in Sector 104 where the only thing that matters is the work you put in. We train in specific blocks, like the 12-week cycles you see in our logs, so you actually see progress in your lifts and combat technique rather than just mindless sweating.
Training is a form of dedication, or tapasya. It is not about jumping from one exercise to another randomly. At Adapt Fitness Club, we follow a structured approach to ensure you build real strength, whether you are working on Olympic lifts, boxing footwork, or grappling fundamentals. You will see me logging these training blocks because consistency is the only path to improvement.
Our setup is built for focus. We have heavy bags for boxing, mats for BJJ, and racks for CrossFit. It is a space where the AFC squad pushes each other to be better. Whether you are prepping for a Hyrox race or learning how to throw a proper punch, we break it down into technique first. If you are ready to show up and do the hard work, this is the place to be.
