See how we train at Adapt Fitness Club—from Hyrox race prep to daily CrossFit. No shortcuts, just consistent effort to help you perform at your best.

This is the grind. The moment in a Hyrox race where it's just you against the weight. As a Hyrox Men's Pro Finisher, I know exactly what this feels like, and I train my athletes to be mentally and physically prepared for this battle.

Here's a pro tip for the Hyrox sled push. Instead of using long arms, get your shoulders and body weight into it. This technique saves energy and helps you maintain a consistent pace, which is crucial for conquering the 153kg sled.

This is what it's all about. My AFC Squad at Hyrox Delhi, all smiles after crushing the race. We train as a team and we celebrate as a team. Seeing my athletes succeed is the biggest reward.

The Yoddha Race is no joke. It tests your grit with obstacles like these heavy sandbag lunges. My training prepares you for this specific kind of functional strength, ensuring you have the power to push through every challenge on the course.

Good news for everyone prepping for Hyrox Delhi. I've created a comprehensive 6-week training program, and it's completely free. It covers everything from strength and engine building to race simulation. Der kis baat ki? Sign up and let's get you ready.

Training isn't just about the gym or the race track. It's about building the endurance to conquer mountains, both literally and figuratively. This was during the Indrahar Pass summit run, a true test of mental and physical fortitude.

A typical day of training for me involves a mix of strength and conditioning. This workout combines rope climbs for upper body and grip strength with hang power cleans to build explosive power, a combination that makes you a well-rounded athlete.

Real inspiration comes from real people. Listen to Aniket, our Member of the Month, share his journey. He talks about the motivating environment at Adapt Fitness Club and how our coaching helped him push beyond his limits.

About Featured

You won't find flashy shortcuts here—just solid technique, like dialing in your sled push or row form, and a routine that actually sticks. Whether you are training for a Hyrox event or just building your engine, we focus on the stuff that yields real results. Plan karo, follow karo—that is how we roll.

At Adapt Fitness Club, we believe training is more than just gym hours—it is Svadharma, your duty to find out what you are capable of. This cluster showcases what we do: real functional fitness, race-specific prep, and building a community that actually pushes you to 'show up'.

My Approach to Coaching

I do not believe in one-size-fits-all training. If you are prepping for a Hyrox event or an obstacle race like Yoddha, we break down your performance. We look at your mechanics, your pacing, and your mental grit. If your sled push form is leaking energy, we fix it. If you need a 6-week block to get your aerobic base ready for race day, we build it.

Training at Adapt Fitness Club (AFC)

We operate out of our facility in Sector 106, Gurugram. It is an industrial, non-AC environment. Why? Because comfort zones do not build athletes. Whether you are in our 10 AM Compete Batch or following my online programming, the philosophy remains the same:

  • Technical Mastery: We drill Olympic lifts, boxing, and gymnastics until they are second nature.
  • Real Simulations: We set up mock races with heavy sleds, SkiErgs, and rowers to test your transitions.
  • Squad Support: You train with people who hold you accountable. We grind together, we celebrate together.

Der kis baat ki? Whether you are a beginner looking to build strength or an athlete eyeing the next Hyrox podium, the program is waiting. Let’s get to work.
