Obstacle Course & Yoddha Race Training

I've competed in the Yoddha Race Regionals and Semi-Finals, so I know what it takes to conquer the course. We focus on building functional strength for specific obstacles like rope climbs, crawls, and carries, combined with the endurance to maintain pace between them.

Endurance & Mountain Challenges

Whether it's a marathon, a duathlon, or a high-altitude mountain run like the Indrahar Pass, I build your engine and mental grit. My programs focus on developing a strong aerobic base and the resilience to push through when it gets tough.

Technique School: Strength & Conditioning

Big results come from small, steady efforts and perfect form. This is where we drill down into the mechanics of key movements, from Olympic lifts and gymnastics to fundamental strength exercises, ensuring you move safely and efficiently.
