Everyone says abs are made in the kitchen, but that's the biggest lie in fitness. If it were true, every skinny person would have a six-pack. The truth is, you need to train your abs with targeted, heavy exercises to build the muscle, and eat clean to lower your body fat enough to see them.

This is what I mean by training like an athlete. My HYROX-style full-body workouts are designed to build endurance, burn fat, and improve your overall fitness and mental toughness. We don't just lift light weights; we push our limits.

You won’t find AC-controlled treadmills or TV screens in my studios. At 6262 Fitness, we train with assault runners, sled tracks, and heavy free weights because that is what builds functional strength. If you are looking to get fit without wasting time on gimmicks or light-weight reps, this is the environment you need.

I started coaching back in 2014, and the industry has only gotten more confusing since. My approach is simple because it has to be. I don't believe in 'quick fixes' or starving yourself to see a number drop on the scale. My methodology is built on progressive overload, compound strength movements, and a balanced approach to nutrition that doesn't force you to eat boiled chicken every single day.

The Hybrid Way

I operate across Mumbai (Bandra and Prabhadevi) and Bengaluru (HSR Layout), but I also offer remote programs. Whether you are stepping into a studio for group training or following a plan from home, the accountability is the same. I don't just hand out PDFs. We focus on form correction, macro tracking, and consistent check-ins because that is what actually builds a body that lasts.
