Pro Hyrox Training and Hybrid Athlete Coaching
I do not sell magic pills or shortcuts. At Fitwithbox, I build engines for Hyrox races and real-world strength in my Yamuna Vihar akhada. Come ready to sweat.
This is what the grind looks like. We build relentless pulling strength for the sled, a station where many races are won or lost. I focus on teaching you how to anchor your body and use your full power, not just your arms.
Welcome to the Hyrox battlefield. This is what we train for. You'll see the intensity of the sandbag lunges, the exhaustion at the sled push, and the energy of the crowd. My job is to prepare you so none of this comes as a surprise.
Power starts from the ground up. The deadlift is a core part of our hybrid athlete training plan, building the raw strength needed to dominate the heavy stations in a Hyrox race. We focus on proper form to maximize power and prevent injury.
Here you can see my clients working on two key Hyrox movements. On the SkiErg, we drill the technique for maximum efficiency, and with dumbbell thrusters, we build the endurance needed for the wall ball station. All levels train together, pushing each other forward.
A dream takes sweat, determination, and hard work. This is the proof of effort, the result of pushing past your limits. If you are not ready to sweat like this, my training is not for you.
"Ranbhumi me pahunchne ke sirf do parinaam hote hain, veergati ya vijay." On the battlefield, it’s either heroic defeat or victory. We train explosive power with drills like these wall jumps, building the warrior mindset needed to conquer any obstacle.
About Featured
Training here is raw and intentional. I do not have a fancy AC gym with mirrors; I have a space filled with 150kg sleds, Concept2 SkiErgs, and sandbags. When you join, we train on race-grade equipment to build specific functional capacity for the Hyrox course. Whether it is improving your sled push leverage or finding your pacing for the 8km, my feedback is direct, immediate, and focused entirely on your performance.
My Approach to Hyrox
I treat Hyrox like a battlefield. As a Pro Hyrox athlete, I don't give textbook advice. I teach you the strategies I use to survive the ROXZONE transitions and manage your energy when your mind says quit. We focus on the reality of the race: the fatigue, the grip strength needed for farmers carries, and the endurance to keep running after heavy leg work.
The Training Philosophy
My gym in Yamuna Vihar is built for grit. We do not just build muscles; we build the ability to work under pressure. My training structure includes:
- Hybrid Conditioning: Mixing heavy lifts like deadlifts and squats with HIIT to ensure you are as explosive as you are enduring.
- Station Mastery: Specific drills for the SkiErg, wall balls, and burpees to improve your efficiency. Every second counts in a race.
- Mental Hardness: As I say, 'Ranbhumi me pahunchne ke sirf do parinaam hote hain, veergati ya vijay' (On the battlefield, it is either heroic defeat or victory). I train you to stay in the fight.
Who This Is For
This is for anyone who wants to see what they are capable of. Beginners, intermediates, or podium chasers are all welcome, provided you understand that 'jo badalta hai wo aage badhta hai' (he who changes, moves forward). You have to be willing to push down, keep your guard up, and embrace the grind.
