At 367 Crossfit, we believe intensity is relative. Here is a look at how we combine technical skill work, functional strength training, and a supportive community to help you move and live better.

This is what it's all about. Pushing past your limits with a squat clean, feeling that exhaustion, and then the pure joy of knowing you did it. We celebrate every single win, big or small, because that's where real progress happens.

The deadlift is a fundamental movement, but form is everything. Here, I'm breaking down the setup for an athlete, explaining how to maintain a stable back and engage the right muscles. We offer modifications for beginners so everyone can learn to lift safely and effectively.

Nailing a handstand push-up is a huge milestone. I guide athletes through specific progression drills, like these wall-facing variations, to build the necessary shoulder strength and body control. It’s about breaking down a complex skill into manageable steps.

Our fitness journey isn't confined to the gym. Here are some of our members celebrating after finishing the New Delhi 10K marathon. We train for life, and that includes taking on new challenges and having fun as a community.

Don't just take my word for it. Listen to Mansi's story about how she went from being intimidated by weights to becoming physically and mentally stronger to keep up with her daughter. This is the kind of real life transformation we work for.

There's a unique energy when the whole class is in sync, grinding through a tough deadlift set. This is the 367 community in action. We push each other, we motivate each other, and we get stronger together.

I'm Anshuman, or Cooper. My philosophy is simple: you give me your commitment, and I will give you the freedom that comes with a strong, capable body. I build people first, then their bodies.

About Featured

Real progress is not just about adding weight to the bar; it is about fixing the movement patterns that hold you back. We use specific drills and real-time video analysis to correct biomechanical faults before they become injuries. Whether you are struggling with your deadlift setup or a handstand push-up, we break these complex movements down into manageable, teachable steps.

Our approach at 367 Crossfit is built on the philosophy of 'Trust The Process.' We don't chase vanity metrics or Instagram aesthetics. Instead, we focus on functional strength and longevity.

The 'Skill to Kill' Method

Many people walk into our box intimidated by Olympic lifts or gymnastics. Our 'Skill to Kill' technical clinics are designed to remove that fear. We take advanced movements like the snatch, clean and jerk, and muscle-ups and strip them back to the fundamentals. By using PVC pipes, resistance bands, and targeted mobility work, we ensure your foundation is solid before you ever touch a heavy barbell.

Training Without Mirrors

We removed mirrors from our training floor in Punjabi Bagh and Defence Colony for a reason. Fitness is about feeling your body move, not watching it. We want you to develop proprioception—the ability to understand where your body is in space—so you can lift safely with a stable back and engaged glutes, regardless of your experience level.

More Than Just a Gym

Training at 367 is a commitment to a lifestyle. Our community isn't just about grinding out reps; we are about celebrating the wins. From members completing the New Delhi 10K marathon to beginners hitting their first unassisted pull-up, we support each other through the sweat and the struggle. We provide personalized nutrition guidance that respects Indian dietary habits, ensuring you have the fuel to power through your sessions and recover for the next one. Whether you choose our 1-on-1 transformation packages or join our group classes, you are signing up to learn how to train, not just how to exercise.
