Real strength isn't about how you look; it's about what you can do. I bring professional boxing discipline to your fitness journey, focusing on raw power, proper technique, and the mindset to push through when it gets tough.

This is what it's all about. After a professional loss, the real fight begins outside the ring. This is my comeback journey, starting from scratch with back workouts, circuit training, and explosive power drills like medicine ball slams and dumbbell snatches. It’s not about how you fall, but how you get back up.

Muscle size doesn't always equal real-world strength. In this video, I break down the difference between training for hypertrophy (building bigger muscles) and training for pure strength. We'll explore why a bodybuilder's physique is different from a powerlifter's and how your goals should define your workout.

On days when you're short on time or feeling lethargic, this workout is perfect. It uses the 'Time Under Tension' concept, featuring segmented deadlifts and kettlebell swings to maximize muscle engagement. I also break down a tough CrossFit WOD combining deadlifts and over-the-bar burpees for a full-body challenge.

This is the grind. After seeing my weight was up, I jumped straight into a high-endurance workout based on the CrossFit 22.2 open. It’s a ladder of deadlifts and bar-facing burpees from 1 to 10 reps and back down. This is the kind of workout that tests your mental grit as much as your physical strength.

A complete boxing conditioning circuit. I start with skipping to warm up, then move to bag work for power and technique. I incorporate resistance band drills for shoulder stability, box jumps for lower body explosiveness, and finish with challenging core exercises like leg tuck-ins and jackknives on a box.

Everyone thinks they know how to do a plank, but most get it wrong. In this tutorial, I explain the correct way to engage your core for both high planks and elbow planks to build true stability. Proper form is everything; it prevents injury and ensures you're actually strengthening the right muscles.

About Featured

Look, there's a huge difference between gym-goers who just want to look the part and those who actually want to perform. I don't care if you have big biceps if you can't carry your own body weight. My sessions aren't about vanity; they are about functional strength—deadlifts, plyometrics, and boxing endurance drills that prepare you for real-world scenarios, not just mirror selfies.
