This isn’t just a corner with some heavy equipment. It’s where the real work happens. We’ve designed our Functional & CrossFit zone at both our Krishna Nagar and Mayur Vihar locations to be a playground for your inner athlete. You won't find mindless, repetitive machine work here. Instead, you get battle ropes, medicine balls, and kettlebells combined with high-intensity circuits that keep your heart rate up and your muscles firing.
Why do we focus so much on functional fitness? Because training should help you move better in daily life, not just look a certain way. We know that picking up a kettlebell for the first time can be intimidating, which is why our group sessions are built around a squad mentality. You’re never lifting alone. Our trainers are right there, spotting you, correcting your form, and ensuring that every movement, from explosive burpees to power cleans, is safe and effective.
