Yoga is more than just a daily stretch. Here is a glimpse into my life beyond the studio—the workshops, the collaborations, and the moments that keep my fire burning.

A behind-the-scenes look at the photoshoot for my radio interview. A lot of work goes into creating the final images.

Standing tall and firm in Tree Pose (Vrikshasana). This photo was taken during a shoot to capture the grace and stability that yoga brings.

A tribute to the late Appu sir (Puneeth Rajkumar). His energy was an inspiration to so many, and this workout is dedicated to him.

Sometimes you just have to dance. A fun, lighthearted moment dancing to "Cotton Candy." Life is about balance.

Behind the scenes of a yoga shoot. Here you can see the setup required to capture the perfect shot of Bakasana (Crow Pose).

Another behind-the-scenes glimpse from a recent shoot. It takes a team and a lot of equipment to create high-quality content for you.

I love starting my day with mindful movement, and a beautiful yoga mat makes all the difference. This is a look at a product collaboration that aligns with my values.

A post for Day 5 of Navaratri, honoring Skandamata. I connect the spiritual significance of the festival to yoga, suggesting Bridge Pose to open the throat chakra.

For Day 4 of Navaratri, we worship Goddess Kushmanda. I relate her energy to the heart chakra and recommend Camel Pose to open yourself to joy and warmth.

On the first day of Navratri, we honor Shailaputri. I connect her stability to the root chakra and suggest starting your practice with Mountain Pose (Tadasana).

About Additional Work & Behind the Scenes

People see the final, polished pose, but behind every photo—like my Navratri series or radio features—is hours of practice, a specific intention, and a lot of grit. My studio in Bengaluru isn't just a place to sweat; it’s a space where we deconstruct these movements, discuss how they connect to our mental well-being, and actually work on the discipline needed to show up for yourself every single day.
