Fitness is about more than just the workout. Here is a look into my personal yoga practice, the meditation sessions I conduct, and the inspiration that drives me every day.

This is my biggest inspiration, my 92-year-old grandmother. She wakes up at 4 am every day and walks 5 kilometers. Her discipline and strength at this age are a constant reminder that an active lifestyle is the key to longevity.

My 92-year-old Dadi, who still walks 5 kilometers every single morning, is my biggest teacher on the importance of consistency. Whether we're doing meditation for stress relief or simple mobility drills, my goal is to help you build habits that last a lifetime, not just quick fixes for your weight.
