As a 34-year-old mom to a 9-year-old son, I understand the challenge of balancing life's responsibilities. My fitness journey is about showing that mothers can be warriors and leaders in their own right.

Strength does not make a woman masculine; it makes her divine. Here I am in my home gym, proving that you can embrace your feminine power and be incredibly strong at the same time.

The journey from 86kg to 48kg was never a straight line. It was a chaotic mix of criticism, body shaming, and building my life from scratch in Bengaluru. When I say I understand the struggle, I mean it. I know what it is like to be a coffee hudgi (coffee girl) with big dreams and a body I did not feel at home in.
