Why I Do This
I’ve seen how easy it is for stress and burnout to take over at work. My aim is to help your team shift from just ‘getting by’ to genuinely feeling good and working better together. I don’t believe in boring, generic wellness talks. I want your team to actually feel the difference.
What I Offer
- Corporate yoga and mindfulness - Simple moves and breathing (pranayama) that anyone can do, even if you’ve never tried yoga before. These help with office aches, focus, and stress.
- Team building fitness - If your team needs a break from the usual, I run high-energy Zumba and movement sessions. Lots of laughs, full-on masti (total fun), and a real boost to team spirit.
- Nutrition sessions - I’m a certified nutritionist, so I’ll break down healthy eating for people who barely get time for lunch. We tackle real-life stuff like eating well on the go and busting food myths.
- Motivational talks - I share my own journey—failures, rejections, the hustle—to show how anyone can turn things around. These talks are raw, honest, and meant to get your team thinking bigger.
