People used to judge me for how I looked. Now, I use that fire to help others. Yoga isn’t just about fancy poses - it’s where I found discipline, confidence, and my own kind of power. I went from 86 kgs to where I am today, so I know real change is possible, and I want you to feel that too.
My Style: Strong, Simple, Real
- I believe power follows intention. In every class, we work on both body and mind.
- Each session is a mix of asana, pranayama, and meditation - nothing too fancy, just what actually helps.
- If you’re stressed, dealing with aches, or just feeling low, I bring in a bit of therapy to every flow.
- You don’t need to be fit or flexible already. I’m all about starting from where you are.

My Story
People see the coach, the awards, but my journey? Started in Bengaluru, 2011. I was just a coffee hudgi with big dreams, getting teased for how I looked. Didn’t let it break me. Built my world from scratch. I’m all about hustle, but also about heritage. Namma Karnatakad hudgiru, saree drives and strong roots – that’s me. Life’s mix of tough and tender, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
