I do not promise overnight magic, I promise results if you show up consistently.

People often ask me if yoga is just for the flexible. My answer is always the same, if you can breathe, you can do yoga. My students come to me for all sorts of reasons—to shed weight, manage stress, recover from injury, or just find a space that is entirely their own.

When you join my program, you are not just signing up for 12 sessions. You are joining a community. In my offline classes at partner studios in Jayanagar and Banashankari, I focus heavily on manual adjustments and form correction. I want you to feel the alignment in your own body. For those who prefer the convenience of home, my online group sessions via Zoom or Google Meet are equally intense. We focus on power yoga flows that get your heart rate up and breathwork that calms the mind.
