About this collection
My group sessions are about real alignment, not just following moves. In every class, I walk the floor to provide manual adjustments, helping you deepen your stretches safely—which you simply cannot get from pre-recorded videos. Whether you are aiming for fat loss, flexibility, or just a mental reset, we work on both body and mind, and you will feel the shift in your energy by the end of your first session.

- In-Studio: Join us at partner gyms in Jayanagar or Banashankari. You get the benefit of a dedicated space, mirrors for self-correction, and full access to studio equipment like blocks and straps.
- Live Online: If travel is a hurdle, jump into my live Zoom sessions. You get the same interactive feedback and energetic flow from the comfort of your living room. We are still a tribe, no matter the distance.
