About My Personal Practice
You won't find rigid or perfect shapes here. My practice is about mobility, listening to my body, and finding what feels good today. Whether I am flowing on a terrace or in my living room, the focus is always on pain-free movement and mental clarity, not hitting a pose just because it looks like a magazine cover.
Yoga is a journey, not a final destination. I moved from the high-pressure world of being a Karnataka athlete to a space where I prioritize mobility, flexibility, and longevity. When you see me practicing on my mat, you are seeing a mix of Primal Flow, Qigong, and traditional asanas that I have adapted to feel sustainable for my own body.
Why My Practice Matters
My sessions are designed to be inclusive. Because I spent years chasing medals, I know the toll intensity can take on the body. My personal practice reflects that transition—it is about finding the 'good vibes' rather than straining for the 'perfect' alignment. I teach from the perspective of a practitioner who deals with the same daily stresses as you do, whether that means carving out 20 minutes for a flow before work or finding space for a sound bath when life gets overwhelming.
Real Movement, Real Life
If you see a cat wandering into the frame or a bit of messy hair, that is intentional. My wellness journey includes my life exactly as it is. I bring this same non-judgmental atmosphere to every workshop and class I host in Bengaluru, from Richmond Road to Ashok Nagar. We focus on breathing properly, moving without pain, and setting intentions that help us show up better for ourselves and our families.
