These retreats are for when you need to switch off the noise. No Instagram-perfect poses, just real farmstay vibes, good food, and a chance to reset your head.

A core memory from one of our retreats. We took a morning trail walk, listening to peacocks, and ended up dipping our feet in a cool brook. It’s these shared experiences in nature that bond the group and create a real sense of community.

Welcome to your weekend reset. I love seeing everyone arrive at the farmstay, leaving the city behind. This is the start of a few days dedicated to slowing down, with good food, gentle yoga, and the sound of wind chimes in the background.

A shot from the end of a weekend workshop. Look at those smiles. This is my 'why'. Bringing people together to move, be mindful, and share energy leaves everyone, including me, feeling grounded and energized.

This picture captures the heart of my retreats. It's not about perfect poses for Instagram, it's about genuine moments of connection and joy. Here, a few of us are just soaking our feet in a stream, sharing stories and laughter.

A look at our pottery and art therapy session. It’s amazing to watch everyone get lost in the clay, letting go of expectations. We also practice gratitude, watching the sunset over the lake and just being present with the sounds of nature.

About The Retreat Experience: Find Your Tribe

I keep my groups to a maximum of 8 people, so you aren't just another face in the crowd. We stay in rustic, earthen farmstays without the distraction of TVs or constant Wi-Fi, giving you the space to actually hear your own thoughts again.

Look, this isn't a luxury spa holiday where you get pampered and leave the same as you arrived. These retreats are about the grind of daily life and finding a way to press pause. Whether we are in the quiet of Mulshi or near Nashik, the focus is the same: Hatha yoga, pranayama, and actually moving your body in ways that feel good, not just pretty.

What we actually do

We start with the basics. Morning Hatha or Vinyasa sessions are tailored to who is in the room—no showing off, just practice. We spend the days walking through forests, maybe trying some pottery, or just sitting by a stream to let the silence do the work. The food is simple, vegetarian, local soul food like Pithla Bhakri, and we eat together. It is about community, not a crowd.

Who this is for

This is for the working professional who is tired of the city chaos, for women who need a safe space to breathe, or anyone just wanting a reset. You will be unplugged from your screen and reconnected to your own breath. You don't need to be a pro at yoga to join; you just need the willingness to show up.

The practical stuff

We keep the venues rustic—think mud walls, stone floors, and nature outside your window. There is no alcohol, no late-night partying, and no hotel-style room service. It is a genuine, quiet break. Pack light, bring a journal, and come ready to be honest with yourself.

I'm Charu. I believe yoga happens best when you're off the mat and in the real world. These retreats are my way of creating that space—we eat, breathe, and slow down together in places that feel like home.
