A huge part of my retreats is about getting out and letting nature do its healing work. We go on forest walks, sit by lakes, watch the rain, and just breathe in the fresh air at peaceful farmstays in Mulshi or Nashik.

My approach to yoga is simple: it’s a tool to feel better in your body, not a competition. We focus on gentle Hatha yoga, pranayama (breathwork), and listening to what your body needs each day. No pressure, no judgment.
