Mindful Yoga Retreats to Help You Reset
Real breaks from the Mumbai rush, not just vacations. We do slow yoga, nature walks, and pottery in quiet farmstays. Come breathe and sort your head out.
This is what it's all about. Not fancy poses, but finding moments of pure joy with good people. We spend a lot of time just being, sitting by a stream, and letting the cool water wash away the city stress. It’s in these simple moments that you really connect with yourself and others.
Feeling exhausted? I get it. My retreats are designed to be a real break. We start with gentle yoga and breathwork, like this simple child's pose, to help you unwind. It's about giving your body and mind the space to just be, without any pressure to perform.
People often ask me if it's weird to travel alone. My answer is always no. There's a unique strength you find in your own company, especially in a place like this, surrounded by the roar of a waterfall. Many people come to my retreats solo and leave with a new sense of confidence and a few new friends.
We do more than just yoga. We play with clay in pottery sessions, getting our hands dirty and creating without judgment. It’s a form of therapy, a way to reconnect with that part of you that just wants to make something, anything. It’s about the process, not the result.
Let's try something right now. Stop what you're doing and just breathe with me for a minute. This simple box breathing exercise is a tool I teach to instantly calm your nervous system. It’s a small taste of the practical techniques you’ll learn to manage stress in your daily life.
Sometimes the most important thing you can do is just watch the sunset. My retreats are held in places where the views are incredible, giving you the time and space to pause. This is your chance to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with the rhythm of nature.
About Featured
Forget waking up at 5 AM for hardcore drills. These retreats are about the naseeb of your own body, giving it rest, not punishment. Whether you are dealing with chronic back pain or just burnt out, my sessions are gentle. We move at your pace, breathe, and sometimes just sit by the stream. You won't find a rigid, corporate timetable here; we follow the sun and the mood of the group.
Why these retreats exist
I created these wellness getaways for anyone needing a genuine reset. My retreats in Mulshi and Nashik are not about Instagram-worthy poses. They are about the basics: good, home-cooked food, quiet, and space to think. If you are tired of the city noise, this is your chance to disconnect.
The experience
We keep groups tight-knit, with a maximum of 8 participants. This ensures you feel seen and supported, not lost in a crowd.
- Yoga & Pranayama: Gentle Hatha and Vinyasa sessions focused on stability and breath, not intensity. All levels are welcome.
- Nature Connection: Guided walks through the woods, listening to birds, and embracing the monsoon rain. We slow down to match nature's pace.
- Creative Therapy: Pottery and art sessions. There is no judgment here, just the process of making something with your hands.
- The Vibe: We stay in rustic, earthen farmstays. Expect mud walls, stone floors, and a digital detox. No TVs, just sunsets and good company.
Practical details
Most participants come solo, and many tell me it is the most confident they have felt traveling alone. We provide all vegetarian, Satvik meals and handle the stay. You just need to get yourself to the farmstay. If you have been looking for a sign to pause, this is it.
