Wellness Retreats: Dates and Trip Details
No fancy retreats here, just a weekend to breathe and reset. If your naseeb feels heavy and you need a break, these are the dates to mark.
Need a break? Here are the details for an upcoming long weekend retreat in Nashik. We'll have gentle yoga, pranayam, nourishing food, and plenty of downtime. Single and double occupancy options are available.
About Join a Retreat: Dates & Details
My retreats are strictly low-tech and low-pressure. We keep groups tiny—never more than eight people—so you aren't lost in a crowd. We stay in rustic farmstays near Nashik or Mulshi where the focus is on switching off, eating satvik food, and actually relaxing, not taking photos for the gram.
I designed these weekends for the working professional who is burnt out but doesn't want the typical luxury resort experience. We prioritize slow movement over intense fitness.
What to Expect
- The Vibe: We skip the hotel fluff. Think mud walls, stone floors, and zero TV. It is a proper digital detox. You will hear birds, not traffic.
- The Practice: We do gentle Hatha and Vinyasa. If you can barely touch your toes, you are exactly who I want to see. This is about breathwork and connecting with your own body, not competing with the person on the next mat.
- The Food: We stick to clean, vegetarian, home-cooked soul food like Pithla Bhakri. It is nourishment, not a fad diet.
The Logistics
- Travel: You need to get yourself to the venue in Nashik or Mulshi. It is a short, beautiful drive from Mumbai or Pune, and I can guide you on the best way to reach.
- Solo Travelers: About half the people who join come alone. Because the group is limited to eight, you will feel seen and safe, not awkward. You can choose a shared cottage to save on costs or a private room if you need your own space to zonk out in silence.
Why Now
Life doesn't stop just because you take a weekend off. But sometimes you have to force a pause to keep going. If you have been running on empty, this is the reset button.
Charu
I'm Charu. I started these retreats because I know how brutal city life can be on your body and your head. I don’t believe in cookie-cutter wellness; I believe in honest, slow, and human-sized resets where you actually get to breathe.
