Yoga isn't about the perfect pose in a quiet studio. It’s about showing up—messy living room, busy schedule, and all. Let’s practice together.

The journey of Ashtanga is deepened with the guidance of a teacher. Here, I'm working on drop-backs with my own teacher, Sonia. This is the kind of hands-on, technical support I bring to my students, helping you find new possibilities in your practice safely.

This is our virtual shala. From anywhere in the world, you can roll out your mat and join a community of practitioners. I see each student, offering individual cues and support, just as if we were in the same room.

My home practice, as it is. Motherhood has taught me that yoga isn't about finding the perfect, quiet moment. It's about finding your center amidst the beautiful chaos of life. My daughter, Emi, is my greatest teacher in this.

To see results, you need to pay attention to your practice and be as regular as you can. Mechanical repetition brings nothing. This advanced forward bend, Uttanasana C, is a result of years of mindful, consistent effort.

"How do I start?" It's a question I get all the time. The answer is to begin, right where you are. My beginner's course is designed to give you the structure, guidance, and community you need to build a practice that lasts.

A teacher's role is to provide support and show a student their potential. In my classes, whether online or in-person, I offer physical adjustments and verbal cues to help you understand the technical aspects of each asana and practice safely.

This little one has shown me my own ego, my anger, and my capacity for love. Motherhood has made me a more compassionate and relaxed teacher. It taught me that there is a time for everything, and sometimes, the practice is simply caring for another.

Some days, practice happens between birthday balloons and a messy living room. A short practice is not a bad practice. It's about showing up for yourself, finding joy in the movement, and celebrating that you made it to the mat today.

About Featured

You don't need a fancy studio to find your flow. In my online shala, I provide real-time verbal adjustments via Zoom, ensuring you’re actually learning the mechanics of Ashtanga, not just mirroring a video. Whether you are a total beginner or a seasoned practitioner, my goal is to help you build a practice that fits your life, not the other way around.
