Yoga isn't about twisting into a perfect shape. It's about figuring yourself out, moving with intention, and finding a little peace in a crazy world—regardless of your size, weight, or fitness level.

This is my mantra. Yoga helped me become a little thicker, a little stronger, and give a whole lot less fucks about what anyone else thinks. This is the energy I bring to every class: building strength, inside and out.

Think you need to be flexible or fit to start yoga? Think again. This is a clip from my Chair Yoga practice, a gentle yet powerful way to build mobility and strength. It's perfect for beginners, or anyone with vertigo, arthritis, or hypertension.

This is what progress looks like. It’s not about getting the pose on day one. It’s about showing up, trying, wobbling, and eventually finding your strength. I never thought I'd do a pincha pike press, but practice proves anything is possible.

Ever tried Aqua Yoga? It’s a completely different way to understand your body and balance. This is one of my favorite ways to play and explore movement, offering a low-impact practice that is both challenging and incredibly fun.

Your mental health is everything. I’ve used my practice to navigate procrastination, anxiety, and self-doubt. If you feel stuck, your mat can be a safe place to start moving, breathing, and getting help. You are not alone in this.

You will fall. You will wobble. The important part is to get your ass back up and try again. This Natarajasana, or Lord of the Dance pose, is a beautiful reminder to find grace even when you feel off-balance.

Here’s a reminder to enjoy your rolly polly body and tell the internet bullies to fuck off. Your happiness is more important than your weight. My classes are a space to celebrate yourself exactly as you are, right now.

If you think you need a specific body type to practice yoga, you’re missing the point. I use props like chairs and cushions—not just for beginners, but for anyone managing arthritis, hypertension, or injury—to make sure you’re moving safely and effectively, without needing to force your body into shapes that don’t fit.
