I’m Taari, and I believe yoga is about feeling good in your body, not just touching your toes. Join me on the mat to move, breathe, and find your own flow.

This is what a one-on-one online session looks like. It's a joy to guide students from all over the world and watch their practice deepen from the comfort of their own space. Online classes help you learn to trust your own body and instincts, which is the real heart of yoga.

I'm starting a new online group class for beginners. If you're looking to make yoga a routine, this is a great place to start. We'll move through 60 minutes of Hatha yoga, including pranayama and meditation, to help with muscle toning, stress release, and overall wellness.

Some days, practicing at home is exactly what my body and mind need. This is a glimpse into my own self-practice, a simple flow incorporating spinal movements and Surya Namaskars. It's not about perfection, just about showing up on the mat.

I have days where my body feels stiff and tight, too. It’s a reminder to listen, to slow down, and to give myself what I need. Wellness isn't always a high-power workout; sometimes, doing less is more, and that's when you can gain the most from your practice.

Using props like a chair can be an empowering way to advance your practice. This is a supported Shalabhasana, or Locust Pose. Props help take your body into a range it might not naturally hold, requiring more control and breath awareness while also feeling safer.

I love exploring movement as a form of art. Here I am in Chakrasana, or Wheel Pose, during a photoshoot. This pose is a deep heart opener, and it felt incredible to practice alongside this beautiful, layered art installation.

Our bodies have an incredible, innate wisdom. This chart is a simple reminder of how things like exercise, meditation, and even sunlight can help us produce our own "feel-good" chemicals. It all starts with creating a more balanced lifestyle.

A little headstand flow, just moving with the music. Inversions like this are a big part of my practice. They build strength, focus, and offer a completely new perspective. This video shows a sequence from entering the headstand to resting in child's pose.

About Featured

Unlike generic pre-recorded videos, my live online sessions are designed to be personal. I keep my batch sizes small so I can actually see you on the screen, provide real-time verbal adjustments, and help you use household props like chairs or walls to advance your practice safely. You aren't just following a screen; we are working together to ensure you learn to listen to your body, not just force it into a pose.
