Capoeira isn’t just kicks and flips - it’s a whole vibe. We mix martial arts, dance, music, and a bit of madness, all rolled into one group experience. What Happens in Our Workshops?

• Warm-up with animal walks (seriously, everyone ends up laughing)
• Learn some basic moves - no need to be super fit or a dancer, sab kuch chalta hai (everything works)
• Try handstands and simple tumbling, but at your own pace
• Drum, sing, and get into the Brazilian energy
• End with a Roda (circle) - this is where the real group fun happens
