About Acrobatics, Handstands & Flow
It is not about being super fit before you start, it is about starting so you get fit. In our sessions, we focus on safe, step-by-step progressions—using wall support and partner-assisted drills—so you can tackle handstands and dynamic movements like the 'au' without the intimidation factor. We keep it playful, so you are learning while you are laughing.

What You Will Learn
We start with the basics of body awareness. You will practice:
- Animal Walks: Great for warming up joints and building coordination.
- Foundation Movements: Mastering the Ginga and basic cartwheels (au) to build your foundation.
- Handstand Progressions: We use wall support and plyometric boxes to ensure you are safe while building that overhead strength.
- Partner Drills: You are not just learning alone. We use partner-assisted movements to build trust and learn how to navigate space around others.
Who Is This For?
Honestly, everyone. I teach kids, total beginners, and even folks who have not moved much since school. You do not need to be a gymnast or a dancer. We follow the 'sab kuch chalta hai' (everything works) philosophy. If you can move, you can do Capoeira.
