Pricing Guide
Warrior Mindset Team Workshop
Format & Logistics
- Duration: 90 to 120 minutes of non-stop physical engagement.
- Location: Can be conducted at the Bold MMA facility in Banashankari or at your office (requires open hall/cleared space).
- Capacity: designed for a single group of up to 15 participants.
Coaching & Gear
- Trainers: Led by 1 Head Coach (National/International medalist profile) plus 1 Assistant Coach for safety.
- Equipment: Includes provision of sanitized boxing gloves and focus pads for the session.
- Style: Instruction is loud, raw, and motivational, mixing English and Kannada commands.
Training Modules
- Warm-up: 15-minute military-style calisthenics (pushups, burpees, bear crawls).
- Combat: Instruction on stance, guard, and basic striking (Jab-Cross-Hook).
- Teamwork: Partner drills focusing on mitt work and reflex synchronization.
- Self-Defense: Practical release techniques for common grabs, tailored for situational awareness.
Facility Note
- If held at the gym, the environment is functional with ceiling fans only (no AC). Participants must wear athletic gear.
Monthly Corporate Wellness Subscription
Schedule & Access
- Frequency: 8 sessions per month (2 sessions per week).
- Timing: Fixed morning or evening slots dedicated to the corporate batch.
- Facility: Full access to mats, heavy bags, tires, battle ropes, and weights during session hours.
Progressive Curriculum
- Syllabus: Moves from stance/footwork (Week 1) to striking (Week 2), defense (Week 3), and conditioning/sparring drills (Week 4).
- Conditioning: Includes Animal Flow and HIIT specifically for weight management.
- Stress Relief: Dedicated heavy bag work included for stress release.
Support & Extras
- Guidance: Basic nutrition advice provided by coaches to support fitness goals.
- Accountability: Includes attendance tracking and 'Warrior of the Week' recognition.
- Gear: Communal gloves and shin guards provided (personal gear purchase recommended after the first month).
Amenities
- Changing rooms are available. Restrooms are shared and standard (non-luxury).
