Why I Do This
Office life can feel like a routine - but I don’t believe it has to be dull. I use music, dance, and movement to shake up the energy, making your workspace or event feel alive. For me, movement is medicine. Smiles and laughter? That's my real goal, not just sweat.
What I Offer
- On-site fitness sessions for employees, mainly Zumba, but I mix it up with BollyBeat, Bhangra, Pilates, or strength training if you want.
- I love creating team building wellness activities - these sessions help you break the ice, de-stress, and actually connect with your colleagues.
- I'm all in for special events - from International Women's Day empowerment workshops to marathon warm-ups and charity ‘Zumba for a Cause’ gigs. Big crowds or small teams, everyone can join in. Sikhne ki koi age limit nahi hoti hai (there's no age limit to learning).
How It Works
I’m a freelancer based in Bangalore. I travel to your office, mall, park, or wherever the event is. For bigger events, I team up with other instructors and event folks to make sure everything runs smooth.
Credentials
I’m certified for Zumba, BollyBeat, Strong Nation, Reebok Pilates, Functional Training, and CPR. Safety is always priority, but fun is guaranteed.
