We keep it flexible. For a quick boost, our 60-minute Energizer Session is perfect for tight schedules. We bring a portable sound system and focus on mobility exercises like Ginga steps that are safe even in office attire.

If you have more time, our 120-minute Roda Cultural Workshop is the full experience. We bring authentic Bateria instruments like the Berimbau and Pandeiro. We teach the history of the art, sing songs in Portuguese, and finish with a Roda, where everyone participates in the circle.

Do we need to be fit? Not at all. We teach movements that work for every body type. Our goal is participation and fun, not athletic perfection. If you can walk and clap, you can do Capoeira.

Where do you conduct sessions? We run on-site workshops across Bengaluru and the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. If you don't have a space, we can also host your team at our dedicated studios in Domlur or Juhu.
