About Capoeira in the Community

You don't need prior martial arts experience or specific fitness levels to join these sessions. Whether we are at a local festival or a park promenade, we focus on simple 'animal walks' and rhythm-based movement that gets everyone—from toddlers to seniors—laughing, clapping, and moving together within minutes.
