Your First Steps: Fun for All Levels
You don't need any experience to start. We guide you through the fundamental movements like the Ginga, basic kicks, and dodges in a supportive group setting, including fun animal walk warm-ups that get everyone laughing.
Acrobatics, Handstands & Flow
Explore your potential with guided acrobatics, from basic cartwheels (au) and handstands to more dynamic flips and partner work. We focus on safe, step-by-step progressions so you can build strength and confidence at your own pace.
The Soul of Capoeira: Music & Song
Music is the heartbeat of Capoeira. In our workshops, you'll learn to play traditional instruments like the berimbau and atabaque drum, clap rhythms, and sing call-and-response songs in Portuguese that drive the energy of the Roda.

We love sharing the energy of Capoeira at public festivals, community gatherings, and outdoor events. These sessions are open to everyone, bringing together people of all ages, including kids and families, for a day of play and connection.
