For my elderly (geriatric) clients, I design gentle and safe exercises to maintain mobility, strength, and balance. This video shows key movements like sit to stand and single leg stance to promote independence and prevent falls.

  • Movement as Medicine: From tandem walking for balance to deep breathing exercises for respiratory health, every movement is purposeful. We target the vagus nerve and myofascial connections to release tension and improve motor control.
