Specialized Neurological Rehabilitation & Physiotherapy
Restoring mobility and independence through personalized rehabilitation, from stroke recovery to balance training and beyond.
I believe in providing hands-on support throughout your recovery. Here, I am assisting a patient with guided walking on a treadmill, a crucial step in rebuilding strength and coordination after a neurological event like a stroke.
Balance is key to independence, especially for seniors or those recovering from neurological conditions. This video shows a patient engaged in balance retraining exercises using cones and an agility ladder to improve proprioception and prevent falls.
For patients who cannot travel, I bring the clinic to them. This image shows a home physiotherapy session where I am using electrical muscle stimulation to help reactivate and strengthen leg muscles, a vital part of paralysis recovery.
Facial paralysis, or Bell's Palsy, requires a very specific and gentle approach. I use advanced physiotherapy techniques to help patients regain facial muscle control, improve symmetry, and restore their confidence.

Nothing is more rewarding than seeing my patients get back to their lives. This feedback from a happy patient highlights my commitment to providing thorough care and guided home exercise programs for sustained improvement.
This video captures the determination of a patient working to regain strength and independence. My role is to provide customized rehabilitation and expert guidance to help you overcome challenges and achieve your mobility goals.
About Featured
My approach to neuro-rehab is built on patience and progressive movement. Whether you are managing stroke recovery, Bell's Palsy, or balance issues, we start by understanding your baseline, not just your condition. I provide tailored, 1-on-1 sessions at my New Rajinder Nagar clinic or through home visits across Central and West Delhi.
Recovery is rarely a straight line. Many patients come to me feeling discouraged by previous, impersonal treatment experiences. Here, we focus on consistent, incremental progress. My rehabilitation plans for neurological conditions—including stroke, paralysis, and balance disorders—are data-driven but delivered with a human touch.
My Rehabilitation Approach
- Manual & Hands-On Therapy: I use PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching to improve your range of motion and functional movement.
- Targeted Muscle Stimulation: For patients with paralysis or significant muscle weakness, I incorporate Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) to assist with re-education and strengthening.
- Balance & Gait Training: Using agility ladders, cones, and treadmill gait training, we work specifically on your spatial awareness and safety to prevent falls and build confidence.
- Home-Based Care: If travelling to the clinic is a challenge, I bring the rehabilitation to you. My home-visit services include transporting portable equipment, conducting bed mobility drills, and training caregivers to assist with safe transfers and daily exercises.
Every session is designed to be 'dard nahi, araam se' (not painful, with comfort), ensuring you remain motivated throughout the recovery process. Whether we are retraining facial muscles for Bell's Palsy or working on core stability, the goal remains the same: reclaiming your independence and confidence.
