This before and after image shows a significant improvement in posture for one of my clients. By addressing the root cause of his chronic pain through targeted physiotherapy and Pilates, we were able to realign his body, reduce strain, and help him move without discomfort.

Knee pain when climbing stairs is a common issue I address. This video demonstrates a few key exercises, like the clam shell and wall squats, that I prescribe to strengthen the muscles supporting the knee, improve joint stability, and make daily movements pain free.

Sciatica can cause debilitating nerve pain down the leg. I teach my clients specific, gentle movements like the piriformis stretch and table top sliders to release pressure on the sciatic nerve, reduce inflammation, and manage symptoms effectively.

"Tech neck" or a Dowager's Hump is a postural issue I see frequently, even in young adults. This is often reversible with targeted exercises like the shoulder and pectoral stretches shown here, which help strengthen the upper back and correct forward head posture.

Beyond one on one sessions, I offer group mat Pilates classes. These sessions are a great way to build a strong core, improve posture, and join a community of individuals focused on mindful movement and long term health.
