Fights rarely stay on their feet. Master the transition from standing strikes to floor control with our focused Judo and grappling sessions.

The art of eight limbs includes the clinch. Here, I'm demonstrating how to control an opponent in close quarters, a crucial skill in both Muay Thai and MMA for setting up knees, elbows, or takedowns.

This is the fusion of striking and grappling. We practice transitioning from a Muay Thai knee strike directly into a Judo leg trip (o soto gari), showing how different martial arts flow together in MMA.

From stand up to the ground, the fight continues. This sequence shows a takedown into a ground control position, a fundamental part of our MMA curriculum that gives you an edge in any confrontation.

I teach you to raise your limits, not just your fists. Our MMA classes incorporate grappling and Judo throws, transforming your physical strength into practical, effective techniques.

Perseverance is the only requirement here. My MMA and Judo classes are open to all, teaching the fundamentals of grappling, throws, and ground control in a safe, professional environment.

About Judo & Ground Game

Ground fighting isn't just about muscle; it's about leverage, positioning, and knowing how to escape under pressure. In our sessions, we focus on the mechanics of the fight once you hit the mat, ensuring you learn to defend from the bottom or pin an opponent regardless of their size.

Beyond The Strike

While our Muay Thai sessions cover the 'art of eight limbs,' our Judo and BJJ curriculum brings the fight to the floor. Most self-defense situations end up in a clinch or on the ground, and that is where you need to be the most composed. We teach the transition from a strike into a takedown, ensuring you understand how to use your opponent's momentum against them.

What You Will Learn

We integrate traditional Judo throws with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) groundwork. You will drill:

  • Takedowns: Learning how to close the distance safely and put your opponent on the floor.
  • Positional Control: Maintaining a dominant position (like mount or side control) to neutralize threats.
  • Submissions & Escapes: Technical skills to secure a finish or get back to your feet when pinned.

Why The Mat Matters

At our Sector 38 facility in Gurugram, we don't care about the ego. We care about technique. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced fighter, our controlled sparring ensures you learn the flow of a real exchange. The mat is a neutral ground where every student is equal. You will leave these sessions with a better understanding of how your body moves under pressure and the confidence that comes from knowing you can handle yourself in any position.
