What We Teach
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for beginners - we start from zero, so don't stress if you’ve never rolled before.
- Thai Kickboxing and striking - we get your basics right with pad work, drilling, and sparring.
- Wrestling and cage control - practical skills for real world self-defense, not just for the ring.
