Free Trial Session
Core Experience
- Duration: One single session lasting 60 to 90 minutes depending on the class schedule.
- Assessment: Includes a 10 to 15 minute physical and technical evaluation by a senior coach.
- Training: Full participation in warm up drills, calisthenics, and fundamental technique work.
Facility & Gear
- Loaner Equipment: Provision of communal boxing gloves or shin guards for the session.
- Access: Entry to the basement training floor, MMA Cage, and changing areas.
- Note: Users are advised to carry their own hand wraps for hygiene purposes.
Unlimited Monthly Membership
Training Access
- Disciplines: Unlimited access to BJJ (Gi and No Gi), Muay Thai, Western Boxing, and Cage Wrestling.
- Volume: Ability to train 6 days a week with options for multiple sessions per day.
- Structure: Includes morning and evening slots, plus access to invite only sparring sessions based on skill level.
Coaching & Amenities
- Instruction: Direct supervision by Black Belt and Brown Belt instructors.
- Facilities: Access to changing rooms, basic shower facilities, and storage cubbies.

Warrior Weekends Program
Schedule
- Frequency: Access restricted to Saturday and Sunday slots only (Total 8 to 9 sessions per month).
- Focus: Curriculum primarily covers Muay Thai and Kickboxing pads work.
Class Structure
- Duration: 90 minute sessions comprising conditioning, technical drills, and cool down.
- Equipment: Use of heavy bags, Thai pads, and kick shields during the session.
- Extras: Access to Saturday Open Mat sessions if skill level permits.

My Story
We kicked off Warrior’s Cove back in 2012, when MMA was barely a thing in India. This place, our Academy, isn’t just a gym—it’s a home for warriors. Folks come from Manipur, UP, Kashmir, all chasing the same dream. We see shy kids turn into confident fighters.
