Training Philosophy

We operate a functional, no-frills training center in Sector 38, Gurugram, where the focus is on practical technique, stamina, and mental toughness.
What We Teach
Our programs are designed to make you a complete fighter. We integrate the 'art of eight limbs' with the ground game:
- Striking: We drill Muay Thai and Kickboxing fundamentals, focusing on footwork, clean punches, and powerful kicks.
- Grappling: We incorporate Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) to teach you how to control an opponent and defend yourself from any position.
- Conditioning: Fighting fitness is a different animal. Expect high-intensity circuits that build the explosive power you need for the ring.
Who Trains Here
We are a tribe of warriors. Our batches are diverse, welcoming men, women, and kids from all backgrounds. If you are nervous, that is normal. We specialize in bringing beginners to a point where they surprise themselves. For those who want to compete, we have a track record of prepping fighters for championships.
We provide communal loaner gear, but if you plan to train regularly, we recommend investing in your own gloves and shinguards for hygiene. Come ready to sweat, learn, and earn your progress.
