These five basic kickboxing combos are the building blocks of your striking game. We drill them until they become second nature, focusing on fluid movement and power generation from the ground up.

Power comes from the ground up. Here, a student practices her kicking technique, focusing on hip rotation and follow through to generate maximum impact. This is how you build real knockout power.

Precision is everything. In this drill, we focus on timing and accuracy, practicing kick combinations on the pads to improve speed and reaction time. Smart fighting always beats brute force.

The teep, or push kick, is a fundamental tool in Muay Thai for controlling distance and setting up attacks. I teach my students how to execute it with balance and timing for both offense and defense.

Every Muay Thai session starts with mastering the basics. Here, we're working on the mechanics of a roundhouse kick, ensuring proper form to deliver powerful, effective strikes.

Boxing is the foundation of any good striker. In my classes, men and women train side by side, learning essential punching techniques, head movement, and defensive skills on the pads.

Kickboxing is a full body workout that builds incredible fitness and practical skills. I guide students through drills that improve their striking technique, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance.

  • Sparring: Once you have the basics, we move to controlled, technical sparring. It is about learning and timing, not ego.
