About Join My Community
Consistency is the bedrock of any practice, and I understand that fitting it into a busy day can be difficult. If you are based in Bengaluru, I run five daily group sessions at my Sahakarnagar studio to accommodate different schedules, ranging from early morning starts to evening slots. For those who cannot make it in person, we maintain a consistent schedule for online classes, ensuring you have the guidance you need regardless of your location.
A Practice Built for You
Yoga, or 'Abhyas' as we call it, is not about perfecting a pose on the first day. It is about showing up consistently. My community sessions are designed to be accessible, whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner. We focus on 'Asana' (postures) with a strong emphasis on correct alignment to prevent injury and maximize the benefits of the practice.
Where We Practice
- In-Studio (Sahakarnagar, Bengaluru): My studio offers a dedicated space to disconnect from the chaos of the city and reconnect with yourself. We have five batches daily, Monday through Friday, starting from 6:00 AM up to 6:00 PM. This structure allows us to keep class sizes manageable, ensuring I can provide personal adjustments and technique corrections to everyone in the room.
- Online Classes: If you cannot travel to the studio, our online sessions bring the same focused, instructional environment to your home. We use clear, step-by-step guidance to ensure your form remains safe and effective.
What to Expect in Class
- Step-by-Step Guidance: We break down complex movements into smaller, manageable parts. My goal is for you to understand 'why' you are moving in a certain way, not just 'how.'
- Holistic Approach: We go beyond just the physical asanas. Expect to incorporate breathwork (Pranayama) and moments of stillness to help balance your mind and emotions.
- Supportive Community: You are not practicing in isolation. Whether online or in-studio, we support each other’s progress. We share the same space, the same rhythm, and the same journey toward better health.
