About Nepal: Yoga, Trekking & Culture

These retreats are not typical holiday packages. We follow an intensive schedule that starts with morning Sadhana, focusing on alignment and breath, followed by trekking through the hills of Pokhara. Come prepared for early mornings and a consistent practice schedule, even while we explore historical sites like Bhaktapur.
