About Special Day Gatherings

Completing 108 Surya Namaskaras sounds daunting, but there is a quiet power in doing it with a hundred other people. We organize these sessions with a focus on rhythm rather than speed, using traditional Sanskrit counts to guide you. If you get tired, you just pause and breathe, then rejoin the flow whenever you are ready.
