Afterward, we sit down for a traditional South Indian breakfast—the perfect, grounding way to recover and connect with fellow participants.
Our Yogathon is designed for everyone, regardless of age or experience level. We strongly believe that yoga is for every body. If you cannot perform the full classic flow, we offer chair-assisted Surya Namaskar modifications so you can still participate safely and reap the benefits of the practice.
We regularly host these events at outdoor locations like Orion Mall Amphitheatre and Sri Gopinath Betta. The open air adds a fresh, grounding dimension to the practice, while our professional PA system ensures you hear the guidance clearly throughout the session. We maintain a structured environment where you are guided by experienced instructors who monitor your form and energy levels.
Following the 108 rounds, we share a meal that includes staples like Idli, Vada, and warm filter coffee. This is a deliberate part of our community philosophy; we believe that proper nutrition after intense endurance work is vital for recovery.
