If you are joining our outdoor sessions, like the weekend gatherings at Lalbagh or the 108 Surya Namaskara challenges, come prepared to sweat. These are not casual strolls. We practice outdoors because fresh air changes the way you breathe, but the discipline remains the same as it is inside our studio. Bring your own mat, dress for the weather, and show up ready to work on yourself, not just to watch.
Our Philosophy Outside the Studio
We believe yoga belongs in the community, not just within four walls. Our events, such as the Yogothon for stroke awareness or our free weekend gatherings at Lalbagh, are designed to pull you out of your comfort zone. When we practice under the trees or at public grounds, the distraction of the world is exactly what we need to learn focus.
