My studio sessions in Sahakar Nagar are designed for those who want to move beyond simple stretching. I provide hands-on adjustments to help you correct your posture, ensuring your spine is supported and your alignment is sound in every asana. This is a supportive space where we use props and modifications to ensure every student, regardless of experience, can practice without risking injury.
Why We Focus on Alignment
Yoga is not just about the final shape of the pose. It is about how you get there. In my studio, we focus on the foundational principles of each posture. Proper alignment in asanas like Virabhadrasana (Warrior Pose) or Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) is essential, not just for the benefit of the pose, but to protect your joints and spine. When we slow down and focus on technique, the practice becomes sustainable.
My Sahakar Nagar Shala
My studio provides a dedicated space for your Abhyas (practice). With wooden laminate flooring and a naturally ventilated environment, it is designed to keep you grounded. I provide access to blocks, bolsters, and straps, so you do not need to bring extra equipment—just your mat and your dedication.
The Structure of My Classes
- Style: A mix of Hatha and Vinyasa flow. We hold postures to build stability and flow to build heat.
- Correction: I believe in the power of touch. I offer hands-on adjustments to help you deepen your stretches safely.
- Sessions: We meet Monday through Friday, with batch timings in the morning (6:00, 7:15, 8:30 AM) and evening (4:45, 6:00 PM).
- Pranayama: Every session ends with breathwork and meditation to bring balance to your mind and body.
Whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your practice, these classes are meant to meet you where you are.
