You will spend your time on the mats practicing actual release maneuvers and striking combinations, not memorizing theory. Every session includes controlled simulations with coaches who push you, so you know exactly how your body reacts when you are tired and under stress.
Our Approach to Reality
Most self-defense programs teach you moves that look good in a demo but fail the moment someone actually pushes back. We do the opposite. Our training at Bodyforce Fight Club is designed to bridge the gap between static gym exercises and chaotic real-world scenarios.
What You Will Learn
