Session Essentials

- Venue: Bengaluru MMA Gym (Basaveshwar Nagar, Jalahalli, or Jnana Jyothi Nagar).
- Format: Large group training (15 to 30 participants) with a functional fight gym vibe.
What You Will Learn
- Situational Awareness: Verbal de-escalation and spotting threats early.
- Striking: Effective gross motor strikes like palm heels, knee strikes, and elbows.
- Escapes: Techniques to release from wrist grabs, hair pulls, and rear chokes.
- Ground Game: Technical stand-up drills to get off the ground quickly.
The Experience
- Guidance: Led by 1 Senior Fight Coach and assistant fighters.
- Equipment: Hands-on impact training using kick shields and focus mitts.
- Extras: Certificate of completion and access to water dispenser.
Private Group Session
Logistics

- Venue: Your location (Clubhouse, Terrace, or Park).
- Capacity: Designed for intimate groups of up to 15 participants.

- Travel: Includes transport for coaches within Bengaluru.
Curriculum
- Street Smarts: Analysis of predatory behaviors, cab safety, and commute awareness.
- Live Demos: Full-contact demonstrations by coaches to show technique effectiveness.
- Stress Drills: High-adrenaline finale where participants hit focus pads under pressure.
- Partner Work: Paired practice for release techniques and defensive maneuvering.
Support
- Coaching Team: 1 Head Coach and 2 Instructors for individual form correction.
- Equipment: All necessary striking shields and focus pads provided by the team.

- Women’s safety training is our main focus. You’ll train with other women, guided by our expert team in a safe, supportive space.
- Corporate team-building workshops for offices and colleges. We’ve worked with many of namma Bengaluru’s top companies and campuses.
- Community empowerment sessions for apartment complexes, societies, or just your gang of friends. We can come to you.

My Story

My Work
All-round Combat Training - We coach MMA, Kickboxing, Judo, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Wrestling, Self Defence, plus functional MMA training.
Fight Camp Experience - This isn’t a fancy gym. We train hard, win together, and learn together. Real talk, real instructions.
Local Language Coaching - We mix English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil. You’ll hear 'ತಲೆ ಬಗ್ಗಿಸಬೇಡ' (don’t lower your head) and more.
Open to All - Kids, adults, beginners, pro fighters, anyone with heart and dedication. You want it, we train you.
