Fight Like A Girl: Real Self-Defense Workshops
Forget movie-style choreography. This is a 2-hour reality check on situational awareness and effective self-defense, designed for women of all experience levels.
From awkward first steps to executing a takedown, this is the journey of our workshop participants. You can see them practicing grappling and ground control techniques with guidance from both male and female coaches in a supportive setting.
The energy in our workshops is focused and positive. Here you can see women of different ages and backgrounds learning to strike, with coaches providing instruction and ensuring a safe, encouraging atmosphere for everyone.

About Our 'Fight Like A Girl' Workshop
Forget the movie-style choreography. Our F.L.A.G. workshops are a raw, 2-hour reality check where you learn to handle real situations, like wrist grabs and being cornered. You will be paired with partners to practice these moves until they become instinct, not just theory. This is where you find out exactly how your body reacts under pressure, with coaches there to catch your mistakes before they become habits.
Most self-defense classes rely on fear or complex moves that fall apart the moment things get real. We strip that back. We focus on biomechanics, using your strongest muscles against an opponent's weakest points. You are not just learning to punch, you are learning how to shut down the freeze response that happens when you are scared.
Whether we are at our studio in Horamavu or hosting a session at locations like Namma Nook, the atmosphere is the same, no-nonsense. We bring in female trainers alongside our professional MMA coaches so you get a mix of perspectives on how to handle different types of intimidation. This session covers fitness evaluation, situational training, and personalized feedback. If you can handle 120 minutes of sweat, you will walk out with a concrete understanding of your own strength.
