Our conditioning sessions use ladder drills, wall push-ups, and balance boards designed specifically to break your flinch response and build functional power. Why Conditioning Matters

Our drills in Horamavu are designed to simulate the unpredictable nature of a real-world situation. By using unconventional equipment like agility ladders and heavy bags, we train your nervous system to respond, not panic.
The Mental Switch
My coach taught me that 'kutte bhonkte hain, haathi chalte rehta hai' (dogs bark, the elephant keeps walking). We apply this to our training. We push you through the discomfort of HIIT and complex movement patterns until that focus becomes your default state. You will learn to recognize when you are stressed, regulate your emotions, and keep moving forward.
