Yoga is a journey best shared. It was wonderful to guide Dr. Natalia and Dr. Anupam, who found that our classes not only improved their flexibility and relieved nagging pains but also brought a sense of calm to their busy lives. We create a unique workout every day, using props like ropes and wheels to keep things interesting and effective.

By using tools like wall ropes (Kurunta), yoga chairs, and bolsters, we take the strain off your joints and spine. This allows you to perform asanas safely even if you are recovering from a slip disc or haven't worked out in years, ensuring you get the benefits without the risk of injury.
