Cycle & Moon Wellness Workshops in Bengaluru
We host specialized workshops in JP Nagar that help you align your movement with your body's natural rhythms, moving beyond standard asana practice.
Announcing our "Connecting to Our Inner Moon" workshop with Nea Ferrier. This session is a deep dive into menstrual cycle awareness, helping practitioners align their yoga practice with their body's innate wisdom.
Glimpses from our Menstrual Awareness Workshop. Participants engage in restorative yoga and discussion, creating a safe and empowering space to learn about their cycles. I am deeply grateful to host these essential conversations.
About Women's Wellness: Cycle & Moon Workshops
These workshops are rarely just about physical movement. We bring in guest experts, such as Nea Ferrier, to guide us through restorative practices and lectures that teach you how to adapt your asana, pranayama, and daily life to the phases of your menstrual cycle.
In our culture, conversations around menstrual health are often sidelined. We believe this is a mistake. By ignoring our body's natural ebb and flow, we miss out on a significant opportunity for self-care and deeper understanding. Our Cycle & Moon workshops create a safe, pressure-free space for women to explore how their energy shifts throughout the month.
We structure these sessions to be inclusive and educational. A typical half-day immersion might start with a lecture explaining the science and philosophy of cycle awareness, followed by a guided restorative yoga practice. We provide all the necessary props—heavy bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows—to ensure that the practice is deeply grounding. The goal is not to perfect a pose, but to quiet the mind and listen to what the body needs in that specific season.
These sessions are open to female practitioners of all ages, including those navigating peri-menopause or menopause. We also welcome men who wish to deepen their understanding of these rhythms, as we believe learning about this is a part of supporting our community as a whole. After the formal practice, we often spend time in conversation over tea. This is where the true learning happens—in the shared stories and the realization that we are all on this path of sadhana together. If you are looking for a space to pause and reconnect with your inner wisdom, we invite you to join us in our JP Nagar shala.

We view the shala as a home, not a gym. I host these sessions because yoga is a lifelong journey, and understanding our own rhythms is a vital part of that path.
