A glimpse into the life of our shala, where movement, music, and mindfulness come together to support your journey.

A moment of pure joy from our Music and Meditation workshop for children. Seeing them connect with their hearts and each other reminds me why I share this practice. It is about nurturing mindfulness from a young age, not as a lesson, but as a natural state of being.

This is an invitation to awaken your inner strength through Kalaripayattu, an ancient Indian martial art. My workshops are designed for both kids and adults, offering a powerful way to build discipline, flexibility, and a deep connection between mind and body.

I am honored to host workshops that create a sacred space for women. This session on Menstrual Cycle Awareness, led by the wonderful Nea Ferrier, helps practitioners align their yoga practice with their body's natural rhythms, fostering deep health and spiritual growth.

An evening of Kirtan is a simple, soulful practice of opening the heart through devotional music. In these chanting circles, we come together to let the vibrations of the mantras quiet the mind and experience a profound sense of connection and peace.

This is Manas, whose dedication to his practice is a beautiful inspiration to our entire shala community. Yoga is for every body and every mind. Creating an inclusive, supportive space for practitioners with special needs is at the very heart of my teaching philosophy.

On Guru Purnima, I took a moment to reflect on the path of yoga. It began as a way to heal my body, but through the grace of my teachers, it became a journey inward to find stillness and peace. I share this message in gratitude for the wisdom that has been passed down to me.

In the midst of the city's rush, the shala is a sanctuary of calm. This is a space to leave the outside world behind, to step onto your mat, and to reconnect with the quiet rhythm of your own breath. It is a place to practice peace.

For the Summer Solstice, our community came together for an all night sadhana. We moved, chanted, and meditated from dusk until dawn, turning inward as the outer light reached its peak. It was a powerful reminder of the strength and dedication of this community.
